Fulton County, GA (April 17, 2025) – A two-car crash injury occurred on Thursday evening in Fulton County, affecting northbound lanes of I-75 near the I-20 interchange at mile marker 246.5. The crash took place in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane and resulted in at least one person sustaining injuries.
