Hamilton Co, OH – Crash With Injuries on I-75 NB Past I-74
Hamilton Co, OH (April 15, 2025) – An injury crash occurred on April 15 on Interstate 75 north approximately 1.9 miles past the I-74 interchange, near mile marker 5.7, in Hamilton County, blocking two right lanes and causing significant traffic delays. The collision happened shortly after 9:00 a.m., during a busy commuting window, leading to immediate traffic congestion in the area.
Emergency services responded swiftly, including local fire crews, paramedics, and law enforcement. Upon arrival, responders found at least one vehicle with serious damage and multiple occupants needing medical attention. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while others were assessed and treated on the scene.
Firefighters secured the area, managed traffic hazards, and assisted with vehicle removal and cleanup efforts. Law enforcement directed traffic into the remaining open lanes while working to safely restore normal flow. Drivers experienced heavy delays as the crash scene was cleared.
The crash site was fully cleared later in the morning, and normal traffic conditions gradually resumed. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
