Hamilton Co, OH – Injuries Reported in Crash on I-75 NB at Ronald Reagan Hwy

Hamilton Co, OH (April 30, 2025) – A two-car crash injury occurred early Wednesday morning in Hamilton County, Ohio, on the northbound lanes of I-75 near Ronald Reagan Hwy. The incident took place just after 7:00 a.m. and prompted a swift emergency response due to the severity of the crash and the potential for traffic hazards during the busy morning commute.

According to local reports and the Ohio State Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided in unclear circumstances while approaching the interchange. The impact left both vehicles with moderate to severe front-end damage. One of the drivers, a 39-year-old male, suffered neck and back injuries and was transported by ambulance to UC Medical Center for further evaluation. A second individual, believed to be a passenger in the other vehicle, sustained minor facial cuts from shattered glass and was treated at the scene by paramedics.

Firefighters assisted with traffic control and helped secure the area, while troopers worked to assess the scene and begin an initial investigation into what led to the collision. Traffic was backed up for over an hour as authorities cleared debris and safely removed the vehicles.
