Hamilton County, OH (June 1, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred on June 1 on Interstate 75 Northbound at the I-74/Exit 4 interchange, resulting in injuries. According to reports, the accident involved several vehicles and led to the blockage of three left lanes between I-74/Exit 4 and Mitchell Avenue/Exit 6. Emergency responders from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and local fire departments arrived promptly to assist the injured and manage the scene.
