Hamilton, OH – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-75 near Ezzard Charles Dr & W 9th St

Hamilton, OH (January 31, 2023) – A traffic accident was reported in Hamilton on Sunday evening that sent at least one of the involved parties to an area hospital with injuries.

On January 29, calls for help were received by the Ohio State Highway Patrol regarding a traffic crash on Interstate 75.

At approximately 9:45 p.m., a vehicle collision occurred on the southbound side of the interstate. The incident caused severe delays in the area between Ezzard Charles Drive, at exit 1, and West 9th Street.

The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway as they provided assistance at the scene.

Paramedics were called to care for victims who suffered injuries due to the accident.

At least one of the involved parties was transported to a local hospital for further care.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
