Hamilton, OH – Crash on I-75 NB Near Exit 1 Leaves Victims Injured

Hamilton, OH (April 19, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident with injuries occurred on April 19 along the northbound lanes of Interstate 75, just past Fort Washington Way/I-71/US-50 at Exit 1. Ohio State Highway Patrol officers responded to reports of a collision involving multiple vehicles around 7:45 a.m. on Saturday. Emergency medical personnel treated one individual on-site for injuries, while another was taken to a nearby hospital with more serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The names of those involved have not been released at this time. Preliminary investigations suggest that sudden braking in heavy traffic may have caused a chain reaction. However, a full investigation is underway to determine all contributing factors.
