Hamilton, OH – Injuries Reported in SB I-75 Crash/Paddock Road Exit

Hamilton, OH (May 18, 2025) – A crash involving multiple vehicles led to injuries on the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 just past the Paddock Road/SR 4/Exit 9 in Hamilton on the morning of May 18. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reported that multiple emergency crews responded to the scene. Emergency crews, including the Hamilton Police Department and local EMS, arrived at the scene to provide medical care. One person sustained moderate injuries and was transported by paramedics to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation. Two other individuals were treated on-site for non-life-threatening injuries. The exact number of vehicles involved has not been officially confirmed. Preliminary investigations are underway to determine the cause of the crash.
