Hamilton, OH – Multiple Injuries in Crash on I-75 NB at Paddock Rd. Exit

Hamilton, OH (March 17, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident with injuries was reported on northbound Interstate 75 near the Paddock Road/SR 4 exit in Hamilton on Monday, March 17, according to reports from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Several vehicles were involved, and multiple individuals sustained injuries. Police and paramedics arrived on the scene to provide immediate assistance.
