Henry Co, GA – I-75 N Expwy Injury Crash Near I-675

Henry Co, GA (May 7, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred early Wednesday morning in Henry County, causing lane closures and delays along I-75 northbound express lanes near the I-675 interchange. The incident took place around mile marker 84.4 at approximately 7:15 a.m.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, the collision blocked the left lane in the express corridor, prompting an emergency response from Henry County Fire and EMS, along with the Georgia State Patrol. One person reportedly sustained injuries in the crash and was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care. The extent of the injuries has not been confirmed, but they are believed to be moderate.

Firefighters assisted in stabilizing the vehicles and clearing debris, while troopers managed traffic flow and began a preliminary investigation into the cause of the collision. No other injuries were reported, and the vehicles involved were removed shortly after the crash to allow for the reopening of the lanes.

The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed.
