Henry Co, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash Causes Delays on I-675 NB at I-75

Henry Co, GA (May 9, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred Friday morning, May 9, on Interstate 675 NB at the Interstate 75 interchange near Stockbridge, temporarily blocking a left lane and causing traffic delays.

The incident took place around 7:14 a.m. The crash resulted in the closure of the left lane on I-675 NB near the junction with I-75, prompting officials to urge drivers to use caution and allow extra travel time.

Emergency crews, including fire units and EMS, responded quickly to the scene. First responders worked to assist the individuals involved and to secure the area while assessing injuries. At least one person was reported injured and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The full extent of injuries has not yet been released.

Traffic congestion extended through the morning commute as authorities managed the scene and worked to clear the vehicles involved. The Georgia Department of Transportation later confirmed the crash had been cleared, and all lanes reopened.
