Hialeah, FL – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Near NW 186th St Leaves One Injured
Hialeah, FL (March 15, 2025) – A serious crash involving two vehicles occurred overnight on March 15 along I-75 near Northwest 186th Street in Hialeah, leaving one person injured. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the collision involved a black Lexus sedan and a beige Mitsubishi SUV, both traveling south on I-75 near State Road 860. The impact caused the Mitsubishi to veer off the roadway, flip over, and crash over the center median barrier. The vehicle ultimately came to a stop on the grassy median of the northbound lanes. Emergency responders arrived quickly, and the driver of the Mitsubishi was found with non-life-threatening injuries. Due to the severity of the crash, he was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center for further medical evaluation. The condition of the Lexus driver was not immediately disclosed. Authorities are investigating the events leading up to the crash to determine the cause.
