Hillsborough Co., FL – Injury Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 S Ramp/Fletcher Ave.

Hillsborough County, FL (May 11, 2025) – Several people were reportedly injured following a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on the southbound I-75 ramp from Fletcher Avenue on Saturday morning, May 10. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around mid-morning when several vehicles became involved in a chain-reaction accident. The exact number of vehicles involved was not confirmed, but at least three were significantly damaged, blocking the entire ramp for over an hour. Responding officers from the Florida Highway Patrol and Hillsborough County deputies arrived swiftly to assess the scene. EMS personnel treated multiple individuals for injuries, some of whom sustained moderate to serious trauma. Two of the injured were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation. Investigators have yet to determine the precise cause of the crash.
