Hillsborough, FL – Injury Accident Reported on I-75 near College Ave

Hillsborough, FL (February 16, 2023) – On February 15, the Florida Highway Patrol was notified that they were needed to provide help at the scene of a crash in the Hillsborough area.

At around 9:55 a.m., an automobile accident occurred on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident caused severe delays on the roadway just north of College Avenue.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene and blocked off the road as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the scene.

Medics were called to provide assistance to the injured victims. EMS then transported those in need of further care to area hospitals.

Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
