Jellico, TN – Multi-Vehicle Wreck on I-75 S/MM 158 Leaves Multiple Injured

Jellico, TN (March 22, 2025) – A serious multi-vehicle crash occurred on I-75 Southbound near Mile Marker 158 in Campbell County, just two miles south of Jellico, early Saturday morning, March 22. The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) reported that the crash occurred around 7:06 AM, involving at least three vehicles. First responders arrived quickly to assist those involved, providing medical attention to multiple individuals at the scene. The victims were transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment, while others sustained minor injuries and were treated on-site. Authorities closed several lanes of I-75 South to clear the wreckage and investigate the cause of the collision. Investigators are still working to determine the exact factors that led to the crash.
