Kennesaw, GA – Crash with Injuries on I-75 near Wade Green Rd

Kennesaw, GA (March 2, 2023) – At 1:15 p.m. on March 1, troopers with the Georgia Highway Patrol were called to help at a crash that occurred on Interstate 75.

GHP reports show that a collision blocked the southbound side of the interstate during the afternoon hours. The incident caused delays in traffic that extended from Wade Green Road back to Highway 92.

At least one individual sustained serious enough injuries that they needed to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment.

The circumstances that led up to the collision are being investigated by the Georgia Highway Patrol at this time.
