Kennesaw, GA – Injuries Reported in Traffic Accident on I-75 near Wade Garden Rd
Kennesaw, GA (February 1, 2023) – Emergency crews out of Cobb County responded to the scene of a traffic crash that took place on Sunday that left at least one person injured. On January 29, authorities were called to the scene of a traffic accident on Interstate 75.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., a vehicle accident blocked the right lane of northbound Interstate 75. The incident caused delays near exit 273 at Wade Garden Road.
The Georgia Highway Patrol and area firefighters responded to the scene of the accident to provide assistance.
Emergency crews blocked off multiple lanes in the area as they worked to clear the damaged vehicles from the road.
Emergency medical services responded to the scene to provide care to the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
At this time, the Georgia Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
