Kenton, KY – Crash on I-75 near I-275 Ends in Injuries

Kenton, KY (February 15, 2023) – At 6:55 p.m. on February 14, the Kentucky State Police received a notification that their assistance was needed at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries.

According to law enforcement, a collision between vehicles occurred on the southbound side of Interstate 75 in the area before Interstate 275. The incident caused stop-and-go traffic that extended back from Interstate 275 at Exit 185 to Exit 186 for Buttermilk Pike.

Emergency officials arrived at the scene and immediately blocked off the three right lanes of travel. Authorities went to work on removing the damaged vehicles and debris from the road.

Paramedics were dispatched to provide treatment to the victims who suffered injuries. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
