Kenton, KY – I-75 Accident with Injuries Reported near KY-371

Kenton, KY (February 22, 2023) – At least one person was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that took place in the Kenton area on Tuesday evening, February 21.

Calls for help were received at approximately 7:00 p.m. regarding an automobile accident on Interstate 75.

Preliminary reports provided by the Kentucky State Police show that a vehicle collision occurred on the southbound side of the roadway. The incident blocked two left lanes of travel after Kentucky State Route 371.

The Department of Transportation reported extensive delays in the area as the police and firefighters worked to reopen the road.

At least one person suffered injuries and had to be transported to a local hospital following the accident.

The State Police are currently investigating the accident.
