Kenton, KY – Injuries Reported in Crash on I-75 near KY-236

Kenton, KY (March 9, 2023) – On March 8, the Kentucky State Police and local firefighters were called to provide assistance at the scene of a car crash that took place in Kenton and ended in injuries.

At around 5:15 p.m., vehicles collided on the right lane of northbound Interstate 75. The incident prompted officials to close off the roadway near Kentucky Route 236. Stop-and-go traffic was reported in the area that extended back to US Highway 42.

Emergency medical services responded to care for the injured victims while on-site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.

Police and firefighters remained at the scene extensively as they worked to clear the road and conduct an investigation. At this time, investigations are currently ongoing.
