Knox County, TN – Multi-Vehicle Wreck with Injuries Reported on I-75 near MM 107 (Woodlawn Dr)

Knox County, TN (January 28, 2023) – A traffic accident was reported in Knox County on Thursday evening that ended in injuries. Calls for assistance came in just before 7:15 p.m. on January 26.

According to reports, a traffic accident occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 75. Multiple vehicles were involved in the accident. The incident blocked the road near mile marker 107 at Woodlawn Drive.

Authorities immediately went to work on securing the roadway.

Medical personnel provided care to the injured victims while on-site.

EMS then transported those who required further medical attention to local hospitals.

The circumstances surrounding the traffic accident are currently being investigated.
