Knoxville, TN – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 N/Callahan Rd Leaves Injuries

Knoxville, TN (March 28, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 75 northbound near Callahan Road resulted in injuries on the afternoon of March 28. According to the Knoxville Police Department, the crash occurred around 3:12 p.m., involving multiple vehicles. Upon arrival, officers found several damaged vehicles, some of which had come to a stop in the middle of the roadway. Emergency responders provided on-site medical treatment to the injured, who were transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Authorities temporarily closed multiple lanes while they cleared the wreckage and conducted an investigation into the cause of the crash.
