Lake City, FL – Multi-Vehicle Accident on I-75 near US-90

Lake City, FL (March 6, 2023) – At around 6:40 p.m. on March 5, emergency crews were called to the scene of an automobile accident that took place on Interstate 75.

According to officials, multiple vehicles collided on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident caused severe disruptions in traffic near US Highway 90. All of the northbound traffic came to a halt as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

Firefighters and police worked extensively to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.

Emergency medical services were dispatched to the site of the accident to provide care to the victims before transporting them to local hospitals.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
