Lee Co., FL – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 S/MM 118
Lee County, FL (November 10, 2025) – Several people sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 South, just before mile marker 118, on Monday, November 10. Florida Highway Patrol troopers confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved in the chain-reaction crash.
Emergency responders from Lee County EMS arrived swiftly to provide on-site care, while at least one seriously injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital. The vehicles involved sustained extensive damage, prompting temporary lane closures as crews worked to remove debris and restore traffic flow.
