Lexington, KY – Injuries in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-75 at I-64 Split

Lexington, KY (January 30, 2026) – On January 28, two people were taken to the hospital following an overnight crash on Interstate 75 at the Interstate 64 split in Lexington.

Lexington police officers responded to the scene around 10:51 p.m. Officials said the incident involved two vehicles on the interstate.

During the crash, one of the vehicles flipped onto its roof on the roadway. The rollover caused injuries to two occupants. Authorities confirmed the injuries were not life-threatening.

Emergency medical teams provided care at the scene. Both injured individuals were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their identities have not been released.
