Lexington, KY – Injury Collision on I-75 SB at MM 104 (Athens Boonesboro)
Lexington, KY (December 18, 2025) – A traffic collision with injuries was reported Tuesday evening, December 16, on southbound Interstate 75 near mile marker 104 at the Athens Boonesboro Rd area in Fayette County. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene shortly after 5:11 p.m. to assist those involved in the crash.
First responders treated at least one person for injuries at the scene before arranging further medical care as needed.
