Lexington, KY – Injury Collision on I-75 SB Near MM 103 (Northside Dr Area)

Lexington, KY (October 9, 2025) – A traffic collision with injuries was reported on Wednesday evening, October 8, on Interstate 75 southbound near mile marker 103 in the Northside Drive area.
