Lexington, KY – Injury Collision Reported on I-75 NB Near MM 1150 (Newtown Pike Exit)

Lexington, KY (November 12, 2025) – A traffic collision involving injuries occurred Tuesday evening, November 11, on northbound Interstate 75 near mile marker 1150 at the Newtown Pike exit in Fayette County.

Authorities say emergency responders were dispatched to the interstate after reports of the crash were received. At least one person sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The exact number of vehicles involved and the nature of the injuries have not yet been confirmed. Traffic at the scene was slowed as crews provided medical assistance and cleared debris from the roadway.
