Lexington, KY – Injury Crash on I-75 Near Clays Ferry Bridge

Lexington, KY (August 16, 2025) – Lexington police responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 southbound near the Clays Ferry Bridge on Thursday evening, August 14. The crash left at least one person injured. Authorities reported that several vehicles were involved in the accident, though they still have not confirmed the exact number.

One victim sustained injuries serious enough to require hospital transport, while others were checked for non-life-threatening conditions on-site. Investigators are still reviewing what may have triggered the crash. The Lexington Police Department has not yet released the names of those involved.
