Lexington, KY (November 20, 2023) – A serious three-car collision occurred on the northbound lanes of I-75 near the 115-mile marker in Lexington on Monday morning, November 20th, resulting in one person being transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, as reported by the Lexington Police Department. The incident occurred at around 6:52 a.m., involving three cars and prompting a swift response from emergency services. Lt. Meredith Taylor of the Lexington police confirmed that the injured individual was rushed to the hospital, while the other drivers emerged unharmed.
