Lexington, KY – Two Semi-Trucks Crash on I-75 near Paris Pike

Lexington, KY (January 29, 2023) – A traffic accident took place in the Lexington area that caused severe delays and injury. On January 27^th, authorities were notified that a traffic crash had occurred on Interstate 75.

According to law enforcement, a traffic accident took place at around 7:40 a.m. on Interstate 75. The incident involved two semi-trucks. The crash took place in the area near Paris Pike. The Kentucky State Police and local firefighters responded to the scene and closed off the road.

Emergency crews went to work quickly on clearing the scene of the accident. Heavy traffic and delays were seen in the area, which lasted several hours after the accident.

Medics were called to care for the injured victims and transfer them to area hospitals.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
