Lincoln Park, MI – MSP Responds to Injury Crash on I-75 near MI-39 (Exit 41)
Lincoln Park, MI (February 1, 2023) – Emergency officials were called to provide assistance at the scene of a traffic crash that took place in the Lincoln Park area that left at least one of the involved parties with injuries.
Calls for help were received at approximately 5:15 p.m. on January 30.
According to reports provided by the Michigan State Police, a vehicle collision occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 75. The incident prompted officials to close down multiple lanes on the north side of the interstate near exit 41 at Michigan State Route 39.
A crash caused stop-and-go traffic that extended back to exit 37 at Northline Road as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
Paramedics responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries in the crash. Those who required further medical attention were transported to area hospitals.
The Michigan State Police are currently investigating the accident.
