Locust Grove, GA – Big Rig Crash Reported on I-75 near Bill Gardner Parkway

Locust Grove, GA (February 18, 2023) – A truck accident was reported in the Locust Grove area that ended in injuries. The crash was reported just before 1:40 p.m. on February 17.

Reports from the Georgia Highway Patrol show that a big rig accident blocked the northbound side of Interstate 75. The incident caused some disruptions in the area of Bill Gardner Parkway.

Authorities closed off the left side of the roadway as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene.

Emergency medical services were requested to care for the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.

The incident remains under investigation.
