Loudon Co., TN – Injury Multi-Car Crash on I-75 NB TN River Bridge

Loudon County, TN (April 27, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on Sunday, April 27, caused several injuries on Interstate 75 northbound near the Tennessee River Bridge, authorities confirmed. According to the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened during mid-morning hours when multiple vehicles collided. Emergency teams quickly arrived on the scene to provide medical assistance and manage traffic.
