Marietta, GA – Collision on I-75 S Near Windy Hill Rd. Leaves Driver Injured

Marietta, GA (March 6, 2025) – A driver sustained injuries following a collision on I-75 southbound near Windy Hill Road in Marietta early Thursday morning, March 6.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, the crash occurred when a Ford F-150 traveling south on I-75 struck the rear of a Jeep Wrangler. The driver of the Ford reportedly got distracted just before the impact, causing the vehicle to collide with the Jeep ahead. The driver of the Jeep reported neck pain and was evaluated by medical personnel at the scene before being transported to a nearby medical center for further assessment.

The driver of the Ford was not reported to have sustained injuries. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the crash.
