Marion Co., FL – Injuries in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 N at MM 342

Marion County, FL (March 23, 2025) – A crash on Interstate 75 North in Marion County resulted in injuries on the morning of March 23 beyond mile marker 342. According to authorities, the multi-vehicle collision occurred in the northbound lanes, prompting a swift response from the Florida Highway Patrol and local emergency responders. One person was reported to have sustained injuries in the crash, though the severity has not been disclosed.

Emergency medical teams arrived on the scene to assist the injured parties, providing on-site evaluations before transporting at least one victim to a nearby hospital for further treatment.  Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
