Marion County, FL (April 26, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident occurred on April 26 along the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 in Marion County, just beyond Mile Marker 355, resulting in multiple injuries. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash involved several vehicles and caused significant traffic delays as emergency crews rushed to the scene. Responding officers and Marion County Fire Rescue quickly assessed the situation, providing urgent care to those injured. Several individuals sustained varying degrees of injuries. The victims received treatment at the scene before they were transported to Ocala Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The incident remains under active investigation.
