Middletown, OH – 32-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in Fatal I-75 Crash

Middletown, OH (April 19, 2025) – A 32-year-old man lost his life in a tragic motorcycle crash that took place early Saturday morning, April 19, on the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 between State Routes 122 and 63, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Middletown, OH – 32-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in Fatal I-75 Crash Troopers from the Lebanon Post responded around 12:39 a.m. after receiving reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a passenger SUV. Investigators determined that a 2020 Kawasaki ZX-10R motorcycle had rear-ended a 2011 Honda CR-V while traveling southbound.

The crash’s impact ejected the motorcyclist, Samuel Ousley of Middletown, from his bike. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that the Honda veered into the concrete median as a result of the collision. The 24-year-old driver of the Honda, Gabriel Obregon of New Lebanon, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated by medics at the scene. OSHP continues to investigate the factors contributing to this fatal crash, including speed and visibility.
