Moraine, OH – Wrong-Way Driver Causes Two-Vehicle Crash on I-75/Dryden Rd.

Moraine, OH (October 26, 2025) – A wrong-way driver caused a serious two-vehicle collision on Interstate 75 Southbound near the Dryden Road exit on Friday, October 24. According to the Moraine Police Department, officers and medics were dispatched to the scene around 10:00 p.m. after receiving multiple calls about a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction and colliding head-on with another car.

Responding units arrived quickly to find both vehicles with significant front-end damage, blocking lanes of traffic. One individual was detained at the scene in connection with the incident, while paramedics evaluated all involved parties. At least one person sustained injuries and received on-site medical attention before being transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.

Two cars were later towed from the highway as police conducted an initial investigation into what led to the wrong-way entry. Authorities are investigating the crash to determine whether impairment or distraction played a role. Our thoughts are with those injured, and we wish them a full recovery.
