Morrow, GA – Injuries Follow Auto Accident on I-75 near Jonesboro Rd

Morrow, GA (February 15, 2023) – The Georgia Highway Patrol was dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that had taken place in the Morrow area.

At approximately 9:20 a.m. on February 14, calls for help came in surrounding a crash that occurred on Interstate 75.

Authorities arrived at the scene and blocked off the northbound side of the roadway in the area between Jonesboro Road and Tara Boulevard.

Emergency crews remained at the scene extensively as they worked to provide assistance with clearing the road. Emergency medical services care for the injured victims on-site before transporting them to local hospitals.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
