Oakland Co, MI – Two-Car Crash with Injuries on NB I-75 Near Baldwin Rd

Oakland Co, MI (April 10, 2025) – A two-car injury crash occurred late Thursday night on NB I-75 just past Baldwin Rd in Oakland County, resulting in at least one person being transported to the hospital. The incident took place around 11:40 p.m. and prompted an immediate response from local law enforcement, fire crews, and emergency medical personnel.

Authorities reported that the crash happened on the right shoulder of the northbound lanes when two vehicles collided under circumstances still being investigated. Emergency responders arrived swiftly at the scene and provided medical assistance to the injured before transporting at least one individual to a nearby hospital. The severity of the injuries has not been disclosed at this time.

Firefighters were also dispatched to assist in the extrication of the vehicles involved and to secure the crash area. Law enforcement officers temporarily closed part of the right shoulder to manage traffic and ensure the safety of other motorists. Michigan State Police are leading the investigation, which remains ongoing. No citations have been issued so far, and the identities of those involved have not yet been released to the public.
