Oakland, MI – Crash with Injuries on I-75 near Square Lake Rd

Oakland, MI (March 7, 2023) – The Michigan State Police responded to the scene of a car crash that took place in the Oakland area on Monday evening, March 6.

At around 4:00 p.m., the Michigan Department of Transportation confirmed that a car crash took place on Interstate 75.

Authorities arrived at the scene of the accident and located damaged vehicles on the southbound side of the interstate. Authorities blocked off the roadway near Square Lake Road at exit 75 while providing assistance at the scene.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
