Oakland, MI – Injury Wreck in Construction Zone on I-75 at Grange Hall Rd

Oakland, MI (August 16, 2025) – On the evening of August 16, a crash with injuries was reported in a construction zone along Interstate 75 southbound near Grange Hall Road, Exit 101. The Michigan Department of Transportation confirmed that the Michigan State Police troopers responded and confirmed that at least one person suffered injuries in the collision. Emergency crews provided on-site assistance before transporting the injured individual to a local hospital for further care. Multiple lanes were closed while responders worked at the scene, leaving drivers stuck in delays that stretched for miles. The crash is currently under investigation by state police.
