Ocala, FL – Semi-Truck Crash on I-75 SB/MM 352, Injuries Reported

Ocala, FL (March 22, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck on I-75 southbound near mile marker 352 caused a rollover and left one person injured Thursday morning, March 20. According to Ocala Fire Rescue, the crash occurred in the left lane near the median, resulting in one of the vehicles overturning. Emergency crews arrived promptly to assess the scene and provide medical assistance to the injured. Fortunately, all reported injuries were non-life-threatening, though one person required transportation to a nearby medical facility for further treatment. Authorities closed multiple lanes of traffic for over an hour as crews worked to clear the wreckage and remove debris from the roadway. The crash caused significant delays, with drivers experiencing heavy congestion in the area. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
