Pasco Co., FL – Injuries Follow Crash on I-75 SB Near I-275 Int.

Pasco County, FL (June 7, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash resulted in injuries on June 7 along Interstate 75 Southbound, just before the I-275 interchange in Pasco County. The Florida Highway Patrol reported that one of the vehicles attempted an unsafe lane change, leading to a chain-reaction collision. Emergency services arrived at the scene and assessed several individuals for injuries. Two occupants were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, while others were treated at the scene. The crash caused significant disruptions along the interstate, with traffic being rerouted while authorities investigated and cleared the scene. All lanes were reopened after about two hours. Troopers are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the crash.
