Piqua, OH – Fatal Crash on I-75/MP 90 Involving Semi and Van Leaves One Death

Piqua, OH (August 17, 2024) – A fatal two-vehicle crash on I-75 in Shelby County claimed the life of one person on Friday, August 16th. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the accident occurred near milepost 90 and involved a semi-truck and a van. Emergency crews responded to the scene and confirmed that one person had died as a result of the collision. The impact of the crash caused significant delays, with traffic being rerouted off I-75 and onto State Route 47. The Ohio State Highway Patrol continues to investigate both incidents.
