Punta Gorda, FL – One Flown Out after Crash on I-75 near Tuckers Grade

Punta Gorda, FL (February 11, 2023) – One person was left with significant injuries as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on Friday in Charlotte County.

On February 10, the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the site of a vehicle collision on Interstate 75.

Reports show that two vehicles collided on Interstate 75 in the area near Tuckers Grade. The incident left the vehicles with significant damage.

One person was severely hurt in the accident. The victim was airlifted from the scene and flown to Tampa General Hospital for emergency care.

The Florida Highway Patrol is actively investigating the incident.
