Riverview, FL – FHP Trooper Injured in I-75 Crash Near Symmes Rd

Riverview, FL (February 28, 2025) — A Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) trooper sustained injuries in a crash that occurred early Friday morning, February 28 on I-75 near Symmes Road in Hillsborough County. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 6:50 a.m. on February 28 and involved the FHP trooper’s patrol vehicle and another unidentified vehicle.
