Sarasota Co., FL – Injuries Sustained in Multi-Vehicle Wreck on I-75 N/MM 202

Sarasota County, FL (May 24, 2025) – On the afternoon of May 23, a multi-vehicle crash caused injuries on I-75 Northbound, just before Mile Marker 202 in Sarasota County. Florida Highway Patrol officers were dispatched to the scene shortly after the accident occurred and confirmed multiple vehicles were involved. Emergency responders from the Sarasota County Fire Department assisted the injured victims at the scene. As per police reports, one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation, while others were treated for minor injuries on-site. Troopers have launched an investigation to determine the sequence of events leading up to the collision.
