Tampa, FL – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-75 near E Fowler Ave

Tampa, FL (February 28, 2023) – The Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that took place in Hillsborough County on Monday evening, February 27.

At approximately 6:acs20 p.m., a collision blocked the northbound side of Interstate 75. The crash caused delays in the area near East Fowler Avenue.

Authorities arrived at the scene and closed off the two right lanes of travel. Authorities worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the scene.

Emergency medical services responded to care for the victims who suffered injuries. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals.
