Toledo, OH – Injuries Reported in Truck Crash at I-75 at West Central Ave

Toledo, OH (March 5, 2023) – Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to provide assistance at the scene of a crash that took place on Interstate 75 on Friday evening, March 3.

According to officials, at around 5:20 p.m., a semi-truck, a silver SUV, two white SUVs, and a black sedan collided on the southbound side of Interstate 75. The incident caused significant delays in the area near the West Central Avenue overpass.

The incident prompted officials to close off multiple lanes in the area as they worked to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the right side of the road.

Emergency medical services provided treatment to the victims who suffered injuries. At least one of the involved parties was then transported to a local hospital for further care.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
